The Zenin Clan gathers for the reading of Naobito Zenin's will. His most talented son, Naoya expects to inherit his position. However, his expectations are shattered by a special clause that will make Megumi head of the clan. He plans to take back what's rightfully his and plans on hunting down Megumi in Tokyo, the same place Yuji and Choso have chosen to remain following the Shibuya Incident.
